This dictionary description of life
Can never seem to fit the shifting times and pains
That have defined my life,
They reset the type that prints this manuscript.
The ink has yet to dry on these pages,
These words fail to set into eternity,
But they still find a way to break me down,
And redefine what it is that builds me up.
These words describe what it is to live,
But somehow I find it impossible to live by them,
To find within me what it is to live,
And to write this story all my own.
